Kris Sinderholm is the Founder and President of SBS Associates, LLC, a business advisory and outcome provider to the small and medium sized businesses community, located in Fallbrook in Southern California.
Mr. Sinderholm is a Chartered Associate of AllBusinessAdvisors and an Accredited Executive Associate by the Institute for Independent Business (the IIB).
These associations allow us the capacity to offer the virtually unlimited capabilities, knowledge and global access for our clients normally available only to decision makers in the largest of companies. SBS utilizes both strategic and tactical methodologies as well as providing the business owner with a virtual board of advisers.
Mr. Sinderholm has over 25 years domestic and international experience in a wide variety of environments and functions, including:

Prior to founding SBS Mr. Sinderholm spent the first 12 years of his career in two large mutli-national corporations learning and honing the skills necessary to run profitable entities, specializing in finance and operations.
The next 13 years as a COO, CEO or President he then focused on turning around several struggling small and medium sized companies in industries ranging from Aerospace to Food Industry to High Tech. The typical results were an increase in sales of 250% and an increase in profit margin of 450% in four years.
Mr. Sinderholm earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management Information Systems from San Diego State University.
